FLOOR SPACE : The office space is arranged to 18 floors, from 10 th. floor. to 27 th. floor with an area of 1,100+ square metres on each floor, shopping plaza is from basement floor to 4th. floor and car park is 5 th. floor to 9 th. floor

 

CURTAIN WALL :The face of the building is finished with reflective double glazed tempered glass curtain wall supplied by Spectrum Glass Products from The United States of America. The total thickness is 24 m.m.to eliminate street level noise and the double glazing ensure that heat transfer is kept to a minimum to reduce energy costs within the building.

 

LIGHTING : The ceiling system is fitted with fully reflective aluminium light boxes to an even grid pattern to provide desk-top illumination at 500 LUX.

 

CEILING SYSTEM : Each floor is provided with a fully integrated ceiling system to the highest modern standards. The main ceiling grid have acoustic panels for sound insulation and also provide a high standard of fire protection. The system was supplied by National Rocky of Japan.

 

AIR CONDITIONING : Times Square operate on a system supplied by Carrier with a 176,000 BTU capacity on each quarter floor which the tenant can operate individually.

 

FIRE PROTECTION : Times Square have full fire protection including sprinklers fitted in the ceiling system , fire alarms to the offices and lobbies , smoke detectors and fire hose-reel cabinets at strategic points on each floor. All equipments are approved by UL and FM and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)

 

ELEVATORS : 6 High speed Otis elevators service the office floors with an average waiting time of only 31 seconds.

 

ELECTRICAL : An overhead power supply is provided within the ceiling system to allow maximum flexibility when designing office layout. The emergency lighting system is supported by an emergency power generator.

 

CAR PARKING : A total of 750 spaces is provided in Times Square Building which ensures ample parking spaces for tenants according to the amount of floor space under each lease.

 

TELEPHONE LINES : Times Square Building have plentiful supply of telephone lines to serve tenants within the building.

 

LOBBY FINISHES : The lift lobbies for each floor is finished to a standard design in high quality local granite to ensure a smart, uniform appearance throughout the building.
