Plan and Rate

The tenant shall be responsible for utility costs, property taxes and other relevant taxes of the leased premises.

Electricity : 5 bath/Unit (exclusive of VAT)

Water supply : 20 Baht/Unit (exclusive of VAT)

Air-Condition : Split type system which the tenant can operate individually

Car Park : 1 space per 80 sq.m of tenant space, additional spaces can be applied subject to availability at the rate of 1,500 baht / month each.

Telephone : Telephone lines are available as required with a deposit charge of 20,000 Baht/line (refundable) and installation cost of 5,000 Baht/line (non-refundable / exclusive of VAt)
